I was referred to Dr. Fundaro by my brother who is using her to prep for a men’s fitness competition. Dr. Fundaro provides sage, no nonsense nutritional coaching and guidance. Her eating plan is extremely detailed and modified as necessary to help me achieve my aesthetic and athletic goals. Since I’ve started working with Dr. Fundaro 3 months ago, I’ve lost a considerable amount of body fat while maintaining my muscle mass and feel like I’m finally on the road to achieving the physique I’ve always desired. Prior to working with Dr. Fundaro, I had tried a number of fad diets thinking I could shortcut my way to my ideal body. After working with her, I’ve come to realize these fad diets should really be called “bad” diets – a diet with a total absence of scientific programming with no methodical approach. With a combination of consistently following her meal plans and her serving also as an accountability partner, in a short 3 months I’ve achieved what I consider amazing and most importantly sustainable results.

I decided to try 1:1 coaching with Gabrielle after doing coaching with someone else for a year. I learned some great things with the previous coach and learned to track macros and that I didn’t have to starve myself or completely stay away from certain food, however, I was no longer progressing. After hearing great things about RP I decided to try out 3 months. Gabrielle has been great because she has always answered every single question. I can email anytime and she also responds within a reasonable time. She listened to my goals and created a nutrition template customized for me, and changed it as needed. I was able to go from 156 lbs to 144 (with cheats in there like a all inclusive 8 day vacation lol). I know I could have done better if I stuck to the plan 100%, but I still got great results because I followed the nutrition and workouts 90%, and actually have not been this lean in a few years. Gabrielle helped me understand how the template worked since I was so used to counting macros, and honestly I love the template better than just counting macros because it’s easy and makes food prep easy.  Because I was so happy with my results, and the communication and coaching that I have with Gabrielle, I extended my 1:1 coaching to a year and can’t wait to see results of my year long journey 🙂 I’ve had online coaches over the years, but this is by far my best experience! I’m currently maintaining for over a month now and have stayed within 2 lbs which I’m pretty happy with.
